If you are having trouble loading a page or checking out, clearing your Cache and Cookies, or using a different web browser, should solve most issues. Please see below instructions below for clearing Cache and Cookies on your browser.

What are Cache and Cookies on my browser?

When you browse the internet, your web browser will keep a record of the sites you visit in your Browser History. It saves some information from websites in its cache and cookies. Clearing them fixes certain problems, like loading or formatting issues on sites.

How do I clear Cache and Cookies on the Chrome browser?

Please follow the steps below.


Chrome

  1. Open Chrome (use the shortcut Ctrl + Shift + Del to skip steps 2 and 3).
  2. Open the Chrome Menu by clicking on the 3 lines/3 dots in the upper right corner of the browser.
  3. Point to More tools, select Clear browsing data.
  4. In the box that appears, click the check boxes for ‘Cookies and other site and plug-in data’ and ‘Cached images and files’.
  5. Use the menu at the top to select that amount of data that you want to delete. Choose beginning of time to delete everything.
  6. Click Clear browsing data.
  7. Restart the browser.

How do I clear Cache and Cookies on the Firefox browser?

Please follow the steps below.


Firefox

  1. Click the Menu Button (3 lines in the upper right corner) and choose Options.
  2. Select the Privacy & Security panel.
  3. In the ‘Cookies and Site Data’ section, click Clear Data….
  4. Make sure both boxes are checked off.
  5. Click the Clear button.
  6. Restart the browser.

How do I clear Cache and Cookies on the Microsoft Edge browser?

Please follow the steps below.


Microsoft Edge

  1. Click on the menu button in the upper right corner (3 dots).
  2. Click on Settings.
  3. Under Clear browsing data, click on Choose what to clear.
  4. Check the boxes next to ‘Cookies and saved website data’ and ‘Cached data and files’.
  5. Click on Clear.
  6. Restart the browser.

How do I clear Cache and Cookies on the Internet Explorer browser?

Please follow the steps below.


Internet Explorer

  1. Click the Internet Explorer icon on the taskbar to open Internet Explorer.
  2. Click the Tools button (upper right corner of the browser), point to Safety, and then click Delete browsing history.
  3. Select the Cookies and website data check box, and the click Delete.
  4. Restart the browser.
