About Abbott

Abbott is a Canadian wholesale distributor of home décor and giftware, founded in 1949, serving independent retailers across North America. We offer over 4000 products across categories including home accents, kitchen essentials, entertaining, lighting, outdoor, and seasonal.  Our goal is simple: help retailers build beautiful stores and sell more.

Abbott is headquartered in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. We ship to retailers across Canada and the United States.

Our Canadian showroom is located at the International Centre, 6900 Airport Rd, Hall 1, Suite 222 in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. We are open Monday to Thursday 9am to 4:30pm. No appointment necessary.

Our USA showroom is located within the Harper Group showroom at AmericasMart Building 2, #696A Atlanta, Georgia. Call for an appointment.

Abbott is a wholesaler and sells directly to retailers. Consumers can buy our products in thousands of retail stores throughout North America or select products on Amazon and Faire.

If you’re a consumer, click here to find the nearest retailer, or purchase select products on Amazon by clicking the Amazon button on the product page, located next to the "Buy Local" button. For retailers, you can order online, at an upcoming gift show, at our showroom, or meet with one of our sales reps in person.

Becoming a Retail Partner

Visit our Become a Retail Partner page and complete the application form. Once your account is approved, you'll have full access to our catalogue, pricing, and online ordering portal.

Abbott works with independent retailers, including gift shops, home décor stores, garden centres, boutiques, and specialty retailers. Consumers can buy our products in thousands of retail stores throughout North America or select products on Amazon and Faire.

Use our Sales Rep Locator to find the rep covering your region. Your rep is your main point of contact for orders, product recommendations, and account support.

To be included in our store locator, retailers must meet the following requirements:

  • Achieve the minimum sales threshold
  • Maintain an active storefront, or for online retailers, a current website

Abbott carries thousands of products, ranging from home décor, entertaining, candles, kitchenware, outdoor living, seasonal, and giftware categories. Our assortment is refreshed regularly with new releases each season.

Abbott launches new products four times throughout the year. New releases are highlighted in our digital catalogues and on our website under Trending Now.

Yes, seasonal catalogues are available to our retail partners. Digital versions are available at abbottcollection.com/menu/catalogues. Contact your sales rep to receive printed copies.

Yes. Abbott has a permanent showroom at the International Centre (just outside Toronto), and within the Harper Group showroom in AmericasMart in Atlanta, Georgia. Visit our Events, Shows & Promotions page for upcoming show dates and locations. You can also connect with your local sales rep to view samples.

Ordering & Shipping

Approved retail partners can place orders through the online ordering portal at abbottcollection.com, through your sales rep, or by contacting our customer service team directly.

The minimum order for first-time orders is $300 CAD and USD. Repeat orders must be $100 minimum.

Yes, Abbott ships to retail partners in both Canada and the United States. Shipping rates and lead times may vary by location. Contact us or your sales rep for details specific to your region.
Shipping timelines vary depending on your location and product availability. In-stock items typically ship within a few business days. Your order confirmation and account portal will reflect current availability and estimated ship dates.
Our website and ordering portal reflect live inventory. If an item is out of stock, you can contact your sales rep or customer service to inquire about restock timelines or find comparable alternatives.

Yes. Please call 1 (800) 263-2955 or (416) 789-7663 at least 24 hours in advance to schedule your order pick up at our warehouse, located at 545 Trethewey Dr., Toronto. Orders placed in the International Centre showroom may be picked up the same day at our Trethewey warehouse. Conditions apply.

Go to ‘My Dashboard’, and then go to either ‘My Orders’ or ‘My Invoices’ and click on the truck icon. This will give you the tracking number, as well as a link to go to the carrier’s page to track the package. Tracking can also be found at the bottom of your invoice.

If you don’t see your tracking number there, your order may have shipped with another carrier, and the tracking number can be requested at gifts@abbottcollection.com

There are three ways, depending on how many images you need:

Single image: Right-click the image on the product page, select 'Save image as', and save to your desktop.

All images for a product: On the product page, click the cloud icon at the bottom left. This downloads all images for that product as a compressed file — unzip to access.

All images for an order: Log in and go to 'My Dashboard', then 'Orders/Invoices'. Open your order, cart, or invoice and click the cloud icon with an arrow at the top right. All images download as a single compressed file, which you can then unzip to access.

Website & Account

Please ensure that you have entered the correct password. Passwords are case-sensitive. If you just received your login credentials, please wait a few hours for your login to become valid. If you do not have a business account with us, please make sure to register on our site.

Please make sure to check the 'Terms and Conditions' box. Ensure that all items in your cart have quantities above zero. Double-check that you have selected the ship-to address. If ordering during a promotion or pre-booking program, please ensure that you include the promo code or details in the comments section of the order. Please make sure that the 'Required Date' has the format day/month/year, and it should be at least one day in the future.

On the sign-in page, click 'Forgot Password' and follow the prompts to reset your credentials. If you continue to have trouble, contact our customer service team for assistance.

Log in and click the person icon (top right) then select 'My Dashboard' and 'Submit Claim' from the left menu.

Find your invoice, click the dollar bill icon, then select 'Credit' for each affected item. For each item, you'll need to enter:

  • Quantity to credit
  • Reason for credit
  • Claim description
  • Photo of the damaged item

Click 'Save' after each item, then 'Submit Request' at the top of the page. Review the summary and click 'Submit' to complete.
